Retrofit
USystems easily supports Colocation data centers to retrofit existing sites that are predominately limited to low kW duties per cabinet. Our technology gives colocation providers a route to offer services at sites not specifically designed to achieve higher duties than circa 5kW per cabinet by utilizing existing infrastructure, such as return flow water from CRAC / CRAH to allow for higher kW per cabinet duties. These duties can be in excess of 30kW per cabinet. Utilizing ColdLogik, we can also return up to 20% of already utilized power from the old cooling infrastructure back to the IT.
